4 Stage 50 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis System

This Reverse Osmosis Water Filter  like ALL UN-PUMPED REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER FILTERS, does rely on you having a strong mains water pressure, please do not buy this item if you do not have a good water pressure. This unit operates best as input water pressures of between 30psi (2 Bar) & 60psi (4 Bar). We would suggest that this is not suitable for use with gravity fed un-pumped cold water system (where the water is stored in the loft). Normal UK water pressure should be from around 2 bar and above.

Please note all gallonage's are quoted by the factory in US gallons which are 3.78litres= 1 US Gallons. There are a number of factors that affect the output of reverse osmosis water filters, input water pressure, TDS of Input Water, Bacterial Film on RO Membranes (not changing prefilters often enough) and most important particularly in winter months water temperature.

Reverse Osmosis Membranes are damaged by Chlorine in the mains water this why it is so important to change your prefilters regularly.

This unit is supplied with mixed bed virgin resin.

In order to extend the life of the Reverse Osmosis Element we have incorporated as manual flush valve on this unit . This will allow you to open the flush tap and allow a high pressure flow of water to go across the membrane and flush away accumulated impurities.
